We are engaged as internal audit outsourced team for this company and in the course, we came across weakness in the attendance and payroll process system.

This company came to us wanting a cost-effective solution for their attendance & payroll. The challenge was that they had over 2000 employees in over 100 branches across multiple states in India & predominantly in Tier-III & smaller towns where deploying biometric attendance solutions was not feasible.

We developed & deployed an online solution with a simple interface so that employees in upcountry locations could also record branch attendance every day.

By setting up this attendance solution for the client, it effectively removed the problem of ghost employees, proxy punch-in & resulting in plugging leaks amounting to approximately INR 300,000 per month.
For an ITES startup Company:
- This was a startup with parent based in the United States of America, operating a wholly owned subsidiary in India and we were brought in through their consultant Company Secretary.

We were approached to streamline the irregularities around the following of the various RBI norms and transfer pricing compliance, where they were failing and facing heavy penalties and consequences.

We conducted a detailed audit of various expenses and analysed the costs and set detailed processes to overcome the non-compliance issues.

Later we were appointed as the statutory auditors for the company and are also on the panel for selection and appointment of CFO and other accounts personnel.
For An Automobile Dealership:
- The entire accounting process for this automobile dealership was outsourced to the Aryan team. The uniqueness of this mandate was that the Aryan team & the automobile dealership were not located in the same city.

We set up daily, weekly & monthly reporting processes for their two cashiers which were monitored by our 3-member team deployed on this mandate & any deviation was not permitted in reporting.

All aspects of book-keeping, accounts, compliance for GST, Direct & Indirect Tax, Banking, PF & ESI, Debtors & Creditors Management were undertaken by our team.

Our processes ensured that accurate accounts for the client could be closed every month by the last day & compliance for TDS, GST etc were never delayed even by a day.
For Another Multi Brand Automobile Dealership:

This client had automobile dealership (Sales, Service & Spares) for 2 passenger vehicle brands & 1 two-wheeler brand across 11 locations in the same city.

We were engaged in daily and concurrent review activities for them through an outsourced team.

The challenge for the client was that monitoring the movement of new vehicles, parts & accessories across these 11 locations as inter-branch transfer was proving to be a big issue.

The Aryan Team developed a cost-effective online material transfer solution which reduced the number of defects which used to occur regularly & also reduced leakage in the system.
For a multi-branch K12 school

​​This client of ours operated schools in the K12 space across 2 towns & 4 locations. Their pain-point was keeping track of the sheer volumes of invoices that needed to be kept track of so that there was minimal pendency.

For this, we developed an online invoice management & tracking system so that entry of invoices, payment vouchers, tracking of payables, deduction of TDS etc were all done real time. This led to a complete streamlining of their invoice management & tracking process.
